Privacy note

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from anyone else.

That is not a policy position we are asking you to take on trust. The content security policy served with every page restricts the site to its own domain, so a third-party tracker could not load here even if one were added by mistake. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Only what you type into the enquiry form on the home page: your name, your email address, your organisation if you give it, and your message. Nothing is gathered in the background, and there is no account to create.

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are readable only by Geophysis. Netlify processes them on our behalf as our hosting provider; their own privacy terms are published at netlify.com/privacy. Their servers also record ordinary web request logs, including IP addresses, as any web host does.

We answer you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, share it with anyone outside Geophysis, or add you to a mailing list — there is no mailing list.

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, because a licensing discussion can restart a year later. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will act on it. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you these rights formally; we apply the same practice to everyone who writes to us, wherever they are.

Geophysis Research & Development is the data controller for anything you send through this site. For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights above, use the enquiry form on the home page and mark it for the attention of privacy.
